In order to increase efficiency of our IT services we started researching everywhere.
All customers wants fast service and fraction of the cost and worst yet they wanted the response time to be minuters and not hours. What to do.
I started looking for methods and Technologies that could do the trick.
In essence I have found the following very useful:
1.0 Lean six Sigma for Service Induatry and
2.0 Manged services for IT support.
These has formed a powerful combination of technology for providing fast IT support service in SMB markets.
